Exchanges and returns are only possible for products that have been delivered.
1) Please log in with your ID and open My Page.
2) Click on the order details of the product you wish to exchange or return in the order inquiry menu.
3) With the order details, please email us at play@kitalbum.com
For products with defects or wrong deliveries reported within 7 days of receipt, we will cover the shipping cost for exchanges/refunds.
Please do not send items individually or via cash on delivery as we will collect orders within 7 days of receipt.
*For orders past 7 days of receipt, shipping costs for exchanges and returns due to individual reasons will be borne by the customer.
For other individual reasons, shipping costs for exchanges and returns will be borne by the customer, so please send the items by registering with Hanjin Express (1588-0011).
*For exchanges, a shipping fee of 3000 won will be incurred, so please transfer to IBK Bank 935-021090-04-012, account holder [Muse Live].
