Yes. You can exchange/refund defective products.
* However, exchanges and refunds for printing defects and missing components are only possible within 7 days of receiving the product.

- If the tag attached to the product is damaged or removed, indicating signs of use.
- If the return application is submitted more than 7 days after receiving the product, or if the product is returned without a separate return application.
- If the product is damaged due to improper use or handling.
* If you wish to exchange/return due to simple change of mind, you must bear the return shipping cost.
* According to the Fair Trade Commission's standard terms, exchange and return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Criteria for exchange of missing components and printing defects
- An unboxing video is required to determine defects. Please attach a video of the defective area and email us (play@kitalbum.com).
- If only the air kit album is defective among the components, we will only replace the air kit part.

Criteria for exchanging printed photo cards
- If there is severe contamination, stains, dents, scratches, or peeling on the face part, it is eligible for exchange/refund.
- Dents, scratches, or ink splatters less than 5mm on parts other than the face (back, background, etc.) are not eligible for exchange/refund.

Criteria for exchanging damaged outer boxes (packaging)
- If the outer packaging is significantly damaged, it is eligible for exchange/refund.
- Dents or ink splatters less than 10mm on the packaging are not eligible for exchange/refund.
- In cases of serious damage to the overall outer box and appearance, we will exchange it for a partial replacement based on available stock. If stock is exhausted, we will assist with a refund instead of an exchange.
