How to use KiTalbum?

Download the ‘KiT Player’ app from the App Store or Google Play Store and install it.

Please check where the microphone is located.

(The location of the microphone varies depending on the device)

Push the KiT towards the device and click. Please hold the KiT to the device until the pop-up appears or the album starts operating.

The album will start to play when the download is done. (For the very first time connecting the album).

How to use KiTalbum

"I hear a beep sound."

If you push the button too hard or too long, it may cause a ‘beep’ sound. This is not a defect, so please push the KiT making a short click sound.

Also, if the button pushed too hard or held it too long, the button may get stuck inside the case and cause a disconnection issue.

How to connect KiT Video with PC & TV?

KiT Video Connection

Connect with HDMI cable

After operating the KiT, use HDMI cable to directly connect with the monitor or TV.

Apple TV, Android TV

Download the ‘KiT Player’ app on the TV App Store or Google Play Store. Then, connect the KiT Video to the TV.

Chromecast

KiT Video can be easily connected to Chromecast in KiT Player.

PC (Windows & Mac OS)

Download ‘KiT Player for PC’ and connect the KiT Video.

Download KiT Player for mobile or desktop

What if there is a problem with missing parts or printing?

1. For defective printing or missing components, exchange or refund is possible only within 7 days of receipt of the product.

2. Missing parts and poor printouts: Unboxing video required. Please submit the video and photos of defective parts to play@kitalbum.com. (info@muzlive.com)

3. Printed photocard exchanges are for: Smudges, imprints, scratches, peelings on the face part, indelible stains and fingerprints, crumpled corners.

*Imprints, scratches, and ink splashes of less than 5mm on parts other than the face (backside, background, etc.) are not subject to exchange/refund.

4. Outer box (exterior package) damage exchanges are for: In case the external damage is large in size.

*Imprints of less than 10mm on the package and printed splashes are not subject to exchange/refund

[Exchange/Refund] Exchange/return information:

1. The outer box is designed to protect the product, and refunds and exchanges are not possible due to slight pressure, scratches, or contamination damage.

2. In case of serious damage to the overall outer box and appearance, we will exchange it for a partial replacement only in the stock we have, so please understand this.

*In case of out of stock, resending is not possible, so a refund will be made.

3. Please note that only the "air kit parts" will be replaced if the "air kit" in the components is subject to malfunction.

4. In such cases that there was a simple change of mind in purchasing during the pre-order period, products are not subject to exchange or return as quantity is secured according to the pre-booked amount.

How do I replace the battery on my KiTalbum?

The lifespan of the battery is maximum of 3 years. However, it may vary depends on how it has stored.
