[Exchange/Refund] Exchange/return information


  • The outer box is designed to protect the product, and refunds and exchanges are not possible due to slight pressure, scratches, or contamination damage.
  • In case of serious damage to the overall outer box and appearance, we will exchange it for a partial replacement only in the stock we have, so please understand this.

※ In case of out of stock, resending is not possible, so a refund will be made ※


  •  Please note that only the "air kit parts" will be replaced if the "air kit" in the components is subject to malfunction.
  •  In such cases that there was a simple change of mind in purchasing during the pre-order period, products are not subject to exchange or return as quantity is secured according to the pre-booked amount.

[Return Policy]


  • Under the Korea Fair Trade Commission’s standard agreement, the return must be requested within 7 days from the day you have got the item.Return process begins when the shipping fee is deposited or paid.
  • CS Center : play@kitalbum.com / from 11:00 to 17:00 KST) if you have other inquiries.
  • When you pay the shipping fee in advance, deposit the rest.
  • We are responsible for the shipping fee for the exchange when there’s a defect on the item or it was a wrong delivery.

  • The item is in original condition (it must be resellable)
  • The return is requested through Q&A or CS center within 7 days from the date you received it
  • The item is defective
  • Wrong delivery

[Ineligible for Return/Exchange]


  • The tag is removed and the item is not in original condition
  • Already used the item
  • Sending the item back without a request
  • The return is requested after 7 days from the date you received the item
  • ‘Final sale’ or ‘pre-oder” items that were notified as non-refundable
  • The item arrives after 7 days from the date of acceptance of return request
  • Non-fundable when there’s a disregard of how to use the product or product damage
  • You will be responsible for your own shipping costs if the reason for the return is a change of your mind.

  • Once we inspect your item and approve your return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment in 3 days.
  • If you used a credit card, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
