1. What if there is a problem with customs duties and clearance?
- International shipping eligibility on our website does not guarantee customs clearance in the destination country
- Your order may be subject to storage, return, or other taxes by the country's customs, in which case the Kit Album Store is not responsible.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with government regulations or laws that apply to each country.
2. If there is a problem with missing parts or printing?
- For defective printing or missing components, exchange or refund is possible only within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- Missing parts and poor printouts
Unboxing video required -> Please submit the video and photos of defective parts to play@kitalbum.com after filming
- Printed photocard exchanges are for: Smudges, imprints, scratches, peelings on the face part, indelible stains and fingerprints, crumpled corners
★ Imprints, scratches, and ink splashes of less than 5mm on parts other than the face (backside, background, etc.) are not subject to exchange/refund.
- Outer box (exterior package) damage exchanges are for: In case the external damage is large in shape
★ Imprints of less than 10mm on the package, printed splashes are not subject to exchange/refund
[Exchange/Refund] Exchange/return information
- The outer box is designed to protect the product, and refunds and exchanges are not possible due to slight pressure, scratches, or contamination damage.
- In case of serious damage to the overall outer box and appearance, we will exchange it for a partial replacement only in the stock we have, so please understand this.

- Please note that only the "air kit parts" will be replaced if the "air kit" in the components is subject to malfunction.
- In such cases that there was a simple change of mind in purchasing during the pre-order period, products are not subject to exchange or return as quantity is secured according to the pre-booked amount.
3. Shipping

- Please note that even if the waybill is confirmed, the details can be checked within the next 1-2 days.
- We ship the parcels through UPS and Qxpress.

- The shipping fee is applied based on weighing for 2 KiT Albums (Please note that this is the default setting Please write all addresses in English.
- This product has a built-in lithium-ion battery, and up to two batteries can be shipped overseas. (Multiple purchases are possible separately)
4. How to replace the battery
- The lifespan of the battery is maximum of 3 years. However, it may vary depends on how it has stored.
- Please refer to the videos below for how to replace the battery.
- If you are not able to click the button after replacing the battery, please email help@kitalbum.com.
5. How to connect KiT Video with PC & TV

- Connect with HDMI cable
After operating the KiT, use HDMI cable to directly connect with the monitor or TV.
- Apple TV, Android TV
Download the ‘KiT Player’ app on the TV App Store or Google Play Store. And then, connect the KiT Video to the TV.
- Chromecast
KiT Video can be easily connected to Chromecast in KiT Player.
- PC (Windows & Mac OS)
Download ‘KiT Player for PC’ and connect the KiT Video.
6. How to connect the KiT Album with the adapter (Earphone-jack type KiT)
- Download the ‘KiT Player’ app from the App Store or Google Play Store and install it.
- If your device has a 35mm earphone jack, insert the KiT to it. (If your device does not have a 35mm earphone jack, please use an adapter.)
- Download pop-up will appear and start to download the album. (For the very first time connecting the album)
- When download begins, remove the KiT from the device. If the KiT keeps inserted, the sound may not come out.
- When there's no 35mm earphone jack, use an adapter to connect the KiT to the smart device.
7. Air-KiT (button type) user guide
- Download the ‘KiT Player’ app from the App Store or Google Play Store and install it.
- Please check where the microphone is located.
(The location of the microphone varies depending on the device)
- Push the KiT towards the device and click. Please hold the KiT to the device until the pop-up appears or the album starts operating.
- The album will start to play when the download is done. (For the very first time connecting the album)
- If you push the button too hard or too long, it may cause a ‘beep’ sound. This is not a defect, so please push the KiT making a short click sound.
- Also, if the button pushed too hard or held it too long, the button may get stuck inside the case. It may cause the dis-connecting issue.
