3. If there is a problem with missing parts or printing?

  1. For defective printing or missing components, exchange or refund is possible only within 7 days of receipt of the product.

  2. Missing parts and poor printouts
    Unboxing video required -> Please submit the video and photos of defective parts to play@kitalbum.com after filming

  3. Printed photocard exchanges are for: Smudges, imprints, scratches, peelings on the face part, indelible stains and fingerprints, crumpled corners
    ★ Imprints, scratches, and ink splashes of less than 5mm on parts other than the face (backside, background, etc.) are not subject to exchange/refund.

  4. Outer box (exterior package) damage exchanges are for: In case the external damage is large in shape
    ★ Imprints of less than 10mm on the package, printed splashes are not subject to exchange/refund

  • The outer box is designed to protect the product, and refunds and exchanges are not possible due to slight pressure, scratches, or contamination damage.

  • In case of serious damage to the overall outer box and appearance, we will exchange it for a partial replacement only in the stock we have, so please understand this.

※ In case of out of stock, resending is not possible, so a refund will be made ※

  • Please note that only the "air kit parts" will be replaced if the "air kit" in the components is subject to malfunction.

  • In such cases that there was a simple change of mind in purchasing during the pre-order period, products are not subject to exchange or return as quantity is secured according to the pre-booked amount.
